Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • work with minimum supervision to set up, configure, troubleshoot and support the PC workstations;
  • Respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support;
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems;
  • Install and set up all standard workstation software;
  • Assign user access to the network;
  • Assist with management of the phone system;
  • Ensure security through badge access controls;
  • Support the operation of the LAN and WAN;


  • Minimum High School diploma. Minimum three years' experience in Information System Help Desk function or a similar function;
  • Must have a working knowledge of Windows, Office, and other related Microsoft products;
  • Must have a fundamental knowledge of networking, E-mail systems, and PC hardware operation and configuration;
  • VMware, SAN, Cisco ASA, Network Switching, Avaya PBX, Honeywell access control, SharePoint, MS SQL experience a plus;
  • Must be able to lift and carry desktop computers and printers.
