BQA Manager

Working manager with responsibility for writing programs for testing and/or automated testing and managing BQA group
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and participate in the activities of writing test procedures and methods to test new and/or different technologies for BIOS and IPMI
- Monitor and participate in activities of writing programs, utilities, and/or scripts to test new and/or different technologies for BIOS and IPMI
- Analyze the process of testing and releasing BIOS and IPMI and making sure the process is efficient. Make changes as required
- Manage the Information flow from testing to sales and engineering
- Monitor the release and testing of BIOS and IPMI products given to customers
- Make sure all production BIOS and IPMI products have passed test requirements before being released
- Monitor the process to make sure all BIOS and IPMI products released to customers can be rebuilt (on at least two separate machines for BIOS)
- Ensure test synchronization between the other development offices (Taiwan, and India)
- Monitor the activity of the resource(s) in India on a regular basis to make sure there is sufficient tasks
- Ensure that lab is willing and able to provide bug recreation for the engineering teams when needed
- Ensure bug reports are archived and available
- Ensure a bug tracking database is updated for bugs found during test processes, and bug recreation.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

Marketing Communications Specialist

American Megatrends, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time marketing communications specialist to create, draft, design and publish marketing collateral for the StorTrends data product division. This individual will be responsible for generating, writing and publishing StorTrends collateral utilized by StorTrends sales, marketing, and channel partners. This includes data sheets, whitepapers, customer case studies, tech sheets, playbooks, tradeshow material, PowerPoint decks, and email campaign promotional deliverables. Note that desired candidate has both graphic design and copywriting experience. Compensation includes an annual salary and full-time benefits. This position reports directly to the AMI Marketing Communications Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create, draft, design and publish marketing collateral; which could include datasheets, whitepapers, customer stories, case studies, value propositions, tech sheets, feature sheets, press releases, tradeshow posters, PowerPoint’s, webinar material, drip marketing material and other similar documents; for the assigned AMI LOB (Line of Business)
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings
- Consult with product development personnel or engineers on product specifications such as design, function, and packaging
Requirements:
- BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Management
- 2 – 4 years of Storage experience (SAN, NAS, Data Storage) preferred

Marketing & Sales Analyst

American Megatrends, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time marketing & sales analyst to support business development operations related to AMI’s data storage product division. This individual will be responsible for maintaining all of the systems and data that StorTrends Sales and Marketing utilize to execute go-to-market activities. These include marketing demand generation programs, insides sales campaigns, and channel-partner-specific business development. Job tasks include management and administration of the StorTrends lead database, management and administration of the StorTrends inside sales dialing application (uploading data, scrubbing data, developing reports), management and administration of the StorTrends CRM system, and the development of weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing and sales reports. Compensation includes an annual salary and full-time benefits. This position reports directly to the StorTrends Director of Marketing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data administration – responsible for managing the StorTrends marketing database. Tasks include data scrubbing, loading data into marketing/sales systems, and managing the relationship with marketing data vendors
- Systems administration - responsible for managing the inside sales dialing application utilized by StorTrends Demand Generation Reps (DGSs). Tasks include uploading new data into the system, creating campaigns within the system, and system updates and customizations. Note that this does not require programming abilities. The individual will also be responsible for managing the data that resides in the StorTrends CRM system of record, creating reports from CRM, and creating campaigns in CRM
- Report generation and analysis – responsible for pulling reports from marketing and sales systems, aggregating and analyzing reporting data from StorTrends marketing and sales, and maintaining the StorTrends marketing and sales report file/repository
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- 3 – 5 years of finance, sales operations or marketing operations experience in a B2B setting; technology industry experience preferred

Demand Generation Representative I

American Megatrends, Inc. is seeking to hire full-time inside sales professionals – known as demand generation representatives (DGR’s) – to help build the sales pipeline and revenue for its StorTrends data storage product division. These positions will be based at AMI headquarters in Norcross, GA. AMI seeks individuals with one to two years of B2B sales experience OR recent college graduates interested in long-term careers in technology sales. AMI DGR’s will be expected to make a high volume of phone dials each day (through a third party dialing application), working to qualify leads generated from StorTrends marketing activities and channel partner resellers. Compensation includes an annual salary, performance-based bonuses and full-time benefits. These positions report directly to the StorTrends Director of Marketing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- In an inside sales capacity, following up on contacts and leads that are generated by StorTrends marketing activities and channel partner resellers
- Qualifying net new StorTrends sales opportunities, then setting meetings for the StorTrends field sales and its regional channel partner resellers
- Maintaining up-to-date records on call activities in the StorTrends PowerDialer application, and ultimately, its CRM system of record
- Handling inbound sales inquiries coming in from the StorTrends 1-800 number and website
- Providing prospective StorTrends customers with appropriate marketing content assets (case studies, whitepapers, etc) based on needs identified during the tele-qualification process
- Providing daily call reports, and weekly performance reports, to the StorTrends Director of Marketing
- Assisting with marketing events and tradeshows on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Business, Communications or Marketing (candidates with a genera Liberal Arts background are also welcome to apply)
